A Nice Family Gathering with Excellent Amenities

The spacious suite accommodated our family perfectly. The attentive staff, especially Dave, made everything seamless. Don't miss the good Thanksgiving meal at the restaurant. Pro tip, Ask about special discounts at the adjoining mall for extra savings!

I booked the hotel on line and did not receive breakfast vouchers. Someone I travelled with did the same and did receive the vouchers. I was unhappy with this.

Great location near Somerset Collection with clean rooms. We enjoyed the spacious garden suite for our family gathering. Perfect for hosting and comfortable enough for a nice stay.

The pillows were the worst pillows I have ever slept on. We met two other couples there and we were not happy that they booked their rooms through the hotel directly for $89 and $99 and we paid $118 US for the same room with Booked.net. Apparently if you call the hotel and tell them you want the Canadian rate, you get a great deal, so that is what we will do if we return.

The hotel was very nice, clean and updated. Liked that it was close to shopping and restaurants. Was only there 1 night, so didn't get to use any of the amenities.

The fan in the AC/heating unit continuously turned on and off all day and night regardless of where I set the temp. Kept me up at night. Room 902.

The nearby P.F. Chang's and BRIO Tuscan Grille served up some lovely bites, elevating my culinary adventure. Plus, waking up to a comfy bed. Perfect place for some holiday shopping vibes!

All staff were friendly and accommodating. We ordered room service several times and the food was very good ,well presented.and hot when it arrived. The room was clean and nicely furnished. Simply put, a great place to stay.

Great location near Somerset Collection. Clean rooms made a good first impression. The garden suite offered ample space for our family gathering. Interiors felt a bit dated, though. Shower water temperature fluctuated. Wifi was inconsistent, and we faced noise from neighboring rooms at times. Staff seemed friendly but overwhelmed during breakfast, affecting service speed. It's a solid choice but needs some updates and attention to detail.

We like it for a couple trips a year to Troy.The mall & Capital Grill are destination.

The spacious room offered a comfortable retreat after exploring the area. While the restaurant service faced some delays, the overall experience was good, complemented by the hotel's artsy vibe.

The closeness to a fantastic mall and other shopping. Great restaurants in the area and access to I-75 is very important to me.

I pre-ordered a room for the second time and did not get it. What is the sense of doing that if it cannot be accomplished.

The room was a nice size with smoke detectors for safety measures.
